SHIPPING & RETURNS

How much are shipping charges?

All retail items purchased under $100.00 will have a shipping charge based on weight. All retail orders over $100.00 (excluding taxes) will be shipped DHL Ground free of charge within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is extra. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of sale. However, actual shipping charges may vary.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Expect a five to seven day delivery. All products within the United States are shipped by DHL.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes. We ship by U.S. Mail for international orders. Charges may vary depending on the destination and weight. Customers will be responsible for shipping and any possible custom charges.

What is our return policy?

We will only accept returns if:

  • Product is returned within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Products are unused and unopened.
  • Products are in new condition.
  • Products are defective.
All authorized returns can be exchanged for products of equal or greater value.
There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all returns.

Please follow these packing instructions when returning a product:

  • Glass items must be properly packed for protection (bubble-wrap, peanuts, etc.)
  • Merchandise must be packaged to prevent leakage
